Deline Arts and Cultural Center & Tannery
Aurora Spirit Consulting is proud to be leading the development of the Délı̨nę Arts & Cultural Centre in partnership with the Délı̨nę Got’ı̨nę Government. This transformative initiative is focused on creating a purpose-built cultural hub that supports the preservation of Dene heritage, advances community wellness, and contributes to long-term economic growth.
As Project Lead, Aurora Spirit Consulting has guided the project through a comprehensive feasibility phase, working closely with leadership, Elders, and community members to ensure the vision reflects local priorities, traditional knowledge, and future sustainability.
The proposed multi-functional facility will include exhibition and performance spaces, artist studios, workshops, educational programming areas, and gathering spaces designed to support cultural expression, learning, and healing. A complementary tannery component is also being advanced as a future phase, with a focus on traditional, land-based practices and skills development.
Through culturally grounded programming, language revitalization, and hands-on experiences, the Centre will empower local artists, create meaningful employment opportunities, and strengthen Délı̨nę’s position as a destination for authentic cultural tourism.
This project represents a significant step forward in building a lasting legacy for the community—one that honors the past while creating new opportunities for future generations.

Aurora Spirit Consulting is collaborating with Grey Goose Lodge to support its transformation into a premier year-round destination for eco-tourism, cultural immersion, and wellness tourism.
Through strategic planning and proposal development, we are helping to lay the foundation for enhanced visitor experiences, including immersive Northern Lights viewing, adventure packages, and wellness retreats inspired by Dene traditions.
